A man went fishing in his canoe on a calm, sunny day. As he paddled out into the water, he noticed something strange floating in the distance. Curious, he paddled closer and his heart raced as he realized it was a large, dark shape moving beneath the surface. Without hesitation, he quickly turned his canoe around and paddled back to shore as fast as he could, not wanting to stick around to find out what it was. The man’s heart was pounding as he jumped out of the canoe and onto the safety of the shore, grateful to have escaped whatever lurked beneath the water.
