A man was walking by a puddle when he heard a strange sound coming from it. Curious, he decided to dive into the puddle to investigate. However, when he didn’t resurface, a nearby lifeguard became concerned and called 911 for help. Rescue teams arrived at the scene and were able to locate the man underwater, where he had become stuck in the mud at the bottom of the puddle. They were able to safely extract him and he was taken to the hospital for evaluation. It was later determined that the sound he had heard was caused by a broken pipe underneath the puddle.
