A geologist made an astonishing discovery when he found an ancient ring inside a rock he was examining. Excited by his find, he took the ring to a jeweller to have it appraised. However, when the jeweller saw the ring, he was taken aback and told the geologist, “You shouldn’t have this.” The geologist was puzzled by the jeweller’s reaction and asked for an explanation. The jeweller explained that the ring was a valuable antique that belonged in a museum, not in the possession of a private individual.
