Father who fatally shot daughter claims he thought she was an intruder
He definitely didn’t want to or plan to kill his daughter. BUT he is guilty for his recklessness and does deserve to be punished. He was clearly paranoid, on the phone and distracted, brandishing a gun he shouldn’t have had.
